By placing an order, you confirm you are 18+. You will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery & Substitutions
We deliver across Amman. Time windows are approximate.
Unavailable Recipient: Item may be left with concierge/neighbor or rescheduled (fee applies).
Substitutions: Due to seasonality, we may substitute stems/vases with items of equal or greater value.

Refunds & Quality
- Damaged: Notify within 12 hours.
- Freshness: Notify within 24 hours.
- Cancellation: Allowed before preparation starts.
Keep flowers hydrated away from heat. Minor variances in design are normal.
