By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

• Lead times: same-day orders are subject to our daily cut-off time.
• Accuracy: please make sure the recipient’s details are correct.

Changes: contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.

We deliver across Amman and Jordan. Delivery time windows are approximate.

Recipient unavailable: the order may be left with a concierge or a neighbour, or rescheduled (a fee may apply).

Substitutions: because of seasonal availability, we may replace stems or vases with items of equal or greater value.

• Damaged items: tell us within 2 hours of delivery, with photos.
• Freshness: tell us within 24 hours.
• Cancellation: possible before preparation starts.

Please keep flowers in water and away from heat. Small variations in design are normal with fresh flowers.
