- Information you provide: your name, email, phone number, delivery and recipient details, gift-card messages and account login details.
- Order and payment details: what you buy and your billing details. Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed securely by Capital Bank through Visa Acceptance Solutions (CyberSource); we never see or store your full card number. We also accept CliQ bank transfers.
- Automatic data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and similar usage data collected through cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
- To process, deliver and confirm your orders.
- To support you and reply to your messages, including on WhatsApp.
- To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
- To send offers and updates, only if you agreed. You can opt out at any time.
