At Salma Flowers, we take pride in delivering fresh, premium-quality flowers and gifts across Amman. This policy explains the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or store credits are available.
Refunds or replacements are only applicable for online orders placed via salmaflowers.com with confirmed payment.
If your flowers arrive damaged or not as described, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
We guarantee the freshness of our flowers for at least 48 hours after delivery. If your bouquet wilts prematurely, send us a photo and order number for review.
Due to their perishable nature, fresh flowers, plants, and customized gift items are non-returnable once delivered.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, CliQ). Processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank.
If re-delivery is requested due to wrong address or unavailability, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Exchanges are only offered when products are defective, damaged, or do not meet our freshness standards.
If you received flowers as a gift, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, but replacements can be arranged directly with you.
