1) Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of salmaflowers.com and any order you place with Salma Flowers. By accessing the site or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms.

2) Orders

• Order confirmation: You will receive an on-screen and/or email confirmation after checkout.
• Lead times: Same-day orders are subject to cut-off times and stock availability.
• Order information: Please ensure recipient name, address, phone, delivery date, and card message are accurate.
• Changes: Contact us as soon as possible for edits. Once prepared or dispatched, changes are not guaranteed.

3) Delivery & Pickup

• Coverage: We deliver across Amman; extended areas may incur additional fees or longer lead times.
• Time windows: We offer delivery windows, not exact times. Peak periods (e.g., Valentine’s, Mother’s Day) may affect timing.
• If recipient is unavailable: We may leave with a concierge/neighbor, at a safe location, or reschedule with an additional fee.
• Pickup: Available upon request; bring your order number and ID.

4) Substitutions Policy

Flowers are seasonal and subject to daily market availability. We reserve the right to substitute stems, wrapping, or vases with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color palette, and quality of your chosen design.

5) Pricing & Payment

• All prices are shown in JOD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on address and timing.
• Payments are processed securely via approved gateways. Orders may be held for fraud screening.

6) Refunds, Replacements & Cancellations

• Cancellations: Allowed before preparation begins. Fees may apply for special orders/custom designs.
• Damaged on arrival: Notify us within 12 hours with photos; we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
• Freshness concerns: Contact us within 24 hours with images and order number.
• Non-delivery due to incorrect details: Re-delivery fees may apply; refunds are not guaranteed.

7) Quality & Freshness

Keep flowers hydrated and away from heat/direct sun. Vase life varies by variety and environment. Our arrangements are handcrafted; minor variances are normal.

8) Weddings & Events

• Event bookings require a deposit to secure the date; balances are due per your proposal timeline.
• Design changes are accepted up to the agreed cut-off date; later changes may incur fees.
• Force majeure (extreme weather, road closures, etc.) may affect delivery/setup; we will act in good faith to find alternatives.

9) Your Account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login. Inform us immediately of any unauthorized use.

10) Privacy

We collect and process data to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for details.

11) Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, photos, logos) is owned by Salma Flowers or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Jordan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman.
