Scope & Orders
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
- Lead times: same-day orders are subject to our daily cut-off time.
- Accuracy: please make sure the recipient’s details are correct.
Changes: contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.
Delivery & Substitutions
We deliver across Amman and Jordan. Delivery time windows are approximate.
Recipient unavailable: the order may be left with a concierge or neighbor, or rescheduled (a fee may apply).
Substitutions: due to seasonal availability, we may substitute stems or vases with items of equal or greater value.
Refunds & Quality
- Damaged items: notify us within 12 hours.
- Freshness: notify us within 24 hours.
- Cancellation: allowed before preparation starts.
Please keep flowers hydrated and away from heat. Minor variations in design are normal and expected with fresh flowers.
Events & Legal
- Events: a deposit is required, with balances due per the agreed timeline.
- Force majeure: weather or road conditions may affect delivery times.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of Jordan (Amman Courts).
